We collect the following data:

• Identification data: name, e-mail address, password (hashed).
• Connection data: IP address, browser, date and time of connection.
• Profile data: profile picture (optional), theme preferences.
• Billing data: Stripe customer identifier (no bank card is stored on our servers).
• Usage data: projects created, conversations with the AI agents, keywords analyzed.
• Google data: if you connect Google Search Console, we access the performance data of your site (clicks, impressions, positions) with your explicit authorization.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Provide and improve the services of the BotSEO platform.
• Manage your user account and your subscription.
• Process payments through our provider Stripe.
• Send you transactional e-mails (account confirmation, renewal, alerts).
• Analyze use of the platform in order to improve its performance.
• Comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

Legal basis: performance of the contract (GTU), your consent (analytics cookies), and our legal obligations (accounting retention).

• Account data: kept for the entire duration of your subscription, then deleted within 30 days following the closure of the account.
• Billing data: kept for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
• Connection logs: kept for a maximum of 12 months.
• SEO analysis data: deleted when the project or the account is deleted.

We never sell your personal data. We share certain data with the following processors, strictly within the limits of their assignment:

• Stripe (online payments)
• Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (processing of AI requests: only the content of your messages is transmitted, without identifying personal data)
• Google (Search Console API, only if you connect your GSC account)
• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) (sending of transactional e-mails)

These processors are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations and may only use your data for the agreed purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Right to object: object to certain processing operations.
• Right to restriction: restrict the use of your data in certain cases.

You can delete your account directly from your personal area: My account, then Delete my account.

BotSEO uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform:

• Session cookie: keeps your connection secure between pages.
• CSRF cookie: protects forms against cross-site attacks.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for targeting purposes.

We implement the following technical and organizational measures:

• Encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection across the whole site.
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (cost 12).
• CSRF tokens on all forms.
• Access to data restricted to authorized staff.
• No bank data stored (delegated to Stripe, PCI-DSS certified).
